The American Academy of Pediatric Dentistry recommends that your child visit the dentist by their first birthday or within six months after their first tooth appears. Early visits help establish good oral hygiene habits and ensure proper dental development.
We offer a variety of services, including regular cleanings and exams, fluoride treatments, sealants, fillings, and early orthodontic evaluations. We also provide education on proper oral hygiene to help prevent cavities and other dental issues.
Sealants are thin, protective coatings applied to the chewing surfaces of your child’s back teeth (molars). They help prevent cavities by sealing out food particles and bacteria, reducing the risk of decay in hard-to-reach areas.
If your child grinds their teeth (a condition known as bruxism), it’s important to mention it during their dental visit. We’ll evaluate their teeth for signs of wear and may recommend a nightguard or other treatments to protect their teeth.
We offer early orthodontic evaluations to identify potential issues with your child’s bite or tooth alignment. If needed, we may recommend braces, aligners, or other orthodontic treatments to guide the proper development of your child’s smile.
